Windows Live Movie Maker is a free offering from Microsoft that offers novice and average users the ability to edit video and from there, be able to share/publish it to Facebook, YouTube, eMail, DVD and even custom resolutions. It's a basic editor with very simplified interface, and it's part of the Windows Live Essentials Suite of applications.
There's this reoccuring question in the Windows Live Movie Maker forums; it how to remove or add automatic captions to the videos and pictures.
The solution is actually pretty easy.
This post was written using version build 15.4.3538.9513...
In Windows Live Movie Maker, you need to open the MENU and choose OPTIONS.
Then choose CAPTIONS…
Of course this only works properly is if the video or the picture being imported already has a caption.
